Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, items with opened packaging cannot be accepted for return, regardless of whether they have been used or not.

Within three working days of receiving your return request, Lifetrons will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your request. Please note that this acknowledgment does not mean your return request has been accepted. Lifetrons will make an initial assessment based on the information you provide to determine if it meets the return criteria. We may request additional information to assist in our evaluation.
Please do not return any items before Lifetrons has formally accepted your return request. If we receive an unauthorized return, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment or return the item to you, and you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the process. Once Lifetrons accepts your return request, you must return the item along with all accessories, add-ons, promotional gifts, and the original receipt in an appropriate manner.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds will be processed according to the payment method selected for your original order as follows:

Credit Card: Refunded to your credit card account, subject to an additional deduction of 5% of the total order amount as a processing fee.

Bank Transfer: Refunded to the bank account provided by you, subject to the deduction of bank transfer fees.

Lifetrons reserves the right to update this return policy from time to time without prior notice. The revised policy will become effective on the date of publication. In the event of any dispute, Lifetrons reserves the right of final decision.
